Training

Dynamic offers a wide range of training options, including on site, remote via Zoom or Skype, including WhatsApp video call.

Training follows a structured pattern with set goals and mechanisms taught. It is envisaged that user who have received Dynamic training shall perform tasks in a uniform fashion, increasing familiarity with the system and offering a guarantee of expected skill level to employers.

Training for new client is normally split into either Onboarding for non-accounting staff, and covers opening of new client files, making File Notes, the Fee Book, processing Agents’ Journals, integration with MS Outlook and client billing.

Of these, using the Fee Book and client billing is the most time intensive.

Client Billing includes introduction to Pro Forma Invoices, Invoices and Statements.

For accounting staff, a focused approach is follow that deals with compliance and financial reports, such as the Trial Balance, Client Balance List, and Investments. Custom accounting activities required include performing Trust to Business Analyzed Transfers and Bank Reconciliation.

It is important to build a common base both in terms of knowledge and terminology, before dealing with practice and procedure unique to any law firm.

Expected outcomes are the following:

For Onboarding:

  • Operational competence in dealing with files, fees, fee notes and Agents’ Journals, including issuing pro forma invoices to clients
  • Duration varies between 2 to 3 hours

For Accounting:

  • Appreciating the difference between trust and business accounting equations
  • Understanding the Dynamic structured Chart of Accounts
  • Transactions processing
  • Generating and interpreting reports
  • Duration approximately six hours

Certification

Training is confirmed by a certificate containing details of unstructured CPD values.
